Journey #2 - Ancient Astral Matrix

This night was eventful. Instead of just going to sleep I decided to pay a visit to the astral and this is the report.

While lying in bed I started to gather the energy over my head, somewhere near the ceiling.

First it started to look like a formless blob which after a while took shape of something that reminded me of a Merkabah structure. The more energy it absorbed the more it started to glow, revealing the layers of the astral matrix around it. I started to hear those repeating sounds vuzzzzt... vuzzzt... vuzzzt... or something like that.

I think the Merkabah became charged because it started to move away, opening an corridor through my ceiling.

As it moved through the astral path the silver thread appeared, originating from my chest, connected to the Merkabah. It acted as a camera for my consciousness, so I was here and there at the same time.

As it reached deeper layers of the matrix a room appeared. In it I saw a practitioner of magic who noticed me (not bad whoever you are :) ) and started waving at me with something trying to catch me or just tell me, hey over here ! At this time my vessel started to run out of power, so I began pumping more energy through the silver cord but it didn't last for long. Besides I wasn't sure if I wanted to meet this astral stranger so I broke the link. The magician seemed ok though.

This was good I thought ! I had more control over the flight this time. I took some time to rest, took few deep breaths and attempted to jump again.

Ok... same routine.

Focus, gather energy, create a field...

This time when I started to create a field I caught attention of some astral being. He was angry at me and said I broke some rule of astral travel... I had no idea ! It's not like someone trained me and explained all that to me dude... how could I know ?

He came close to me and I knew that this would won't be nice. He hit me with a stream of black energy and I felt it in the core of my being... awww !!!!

Then something happened. There was something inside me, it looked like a labyrinth spiraling inward filled with green dots... but at the center the dots were either black or red. I felt a big relief, like something that was holding me back finally went away.

I think I understand what the being did ! It wasn't a punishment for breaking any rules... he explained it like this "I had to do it because you couldn't as you can't hurt your core of being". This way he removed something that was blocking me deep inside. Thank you !

I ran out of mana for my sight but still felt the presence of the being, others came too but I couldn't see them. They knew that I would attempt to go again and they weren't wrong.

*deep breath*

Focus, gather energy, create a field...

This time I wanted to make it big and powerful. The field started to look like a pool of water with many different colors flowing in it. Shapes started to appear, small circles like tiny yin yang shaped isles.... shift...

Focus now Deva ( I think that's how they call me, no idea why, it can be Zeva though idk)...

...this is the ancient riddle, your true nature, this is who you are...

The body of water started to expand as my observation point got higher and higher. The water and dots became a skin of a giant ancient being... It was me ! I followed the flow of the "animation" but then I realized that I'm not fully merged with my ancient me, I'm only a small dot attached to it's surface. "What a rip off !" I thought. There I was thinking I awoke my ancient self but no... I was left hanging... literally.

At this point the vision ended, I felt too tired to try again. Some other time.

So... just to be clear about this...
